After being diagnosed with fibromyalgia, my doctor recommended I get a new mattress: my old one was 15 years old and getting worn out. I searched locally and found Emerald City Mattress. I told them I needed to check on my finances and possible insurance assistant options, and when I returned a week later, not only did they recognize me, they remembered which one I had preferred!
